Through your divine grace banish all thoughts of insomnia or anxiety from my consciousness, and preserve my relationships by shielding me from the ravages of mood swings. And in your infinite mercy, should night sweats or hot flashes threaten, I ask that you gently guide my head to the cool spot on the pillow. Amen.
